OPENING ORDER: $200.00, no quantity minimums RE-ORDERS: $50.00, no quantity minimums. SHIPPING: We ship via the USPS in flat rate envelopes/boxes unless otherwise requested. We ship within 3-5 days of receipt of payment for your order.
